We support many families and children around the world by working with global organizations and by traveling to work with, worship with, and assist those who are in need.
Mexico Mission – The MVPC Mexico team coordinates weekend mission trips to Rocky Point, Mexico, for all ages (6 and up) two times per year. Ongoing support and donations are provided to the organizations served during those trips, including La Montana special needs school, and Steps of Love which operates in two orphanages – Casa Hogar Pasos de Amor in Sonoyta and Amores de Penasco in Rocky Point.
For more information, refer to the MVPC Mission Brochure.
Volunteer opportunities abound whether you have time, talents, or treasure to contribute to these or other missions. Contact Andrew Fosberg for more details about the Mission Council.
What good is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can that faith save him? If a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacking in daily food, and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and filled,” without giving them the things needed for the body, what good[b] is that? So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. –James 2:14-17
