VIEWNET FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

ViewNET is an e-mail mailing list communications network dedicated to the strengthening of Christian goals and ideals through the use of electronic communication. Participation in ViewNET is open to all members and friends of Mountain View Presbyterian Church who have computers and are able to send and receive electronic mail. Subscribers have access to fellow Christians who are available to help them become more proficient in leveraging computer technology to improve their lives.

How do I subscribe to the ViewNET mailing list? - It's easy. Just call the Church Office or send an E-mail requesting to be added to the ViewNET distribution list.

How do I send a message to the ViewNET mailing list? - After joining, you can just send an e-mail message to a single mailing list address. It will then be forwarded to the entire ViewNET membership.

What do you talk about on ViewNET? - Frankly, you won't be inundated with a lot of message traffic on this list. Our goal is to provide a way for Mountain View folks to keep in touch, pass on news of community and church activities, and share ideas. Yes, this is our chance to give Ralph, Bud, and Bill some feedback on last Sunday's sermon, or start a discussion of your own ideas on just about any topic. We hope to hear from you!
