We are glad you have found us and invite you to explore more about our community in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a church we are trying to embrace all methods of communication and having a web site is but one way we try to share our message.

Someone wrote, "After twenty centuries, despite vicious attacks by critics and tyrants and despite colossal weakness of members and leaders--- the church of Jesus Christ is still alive. There is only one way to explain its survival and impact: God's grace---not human achievement---keeps it viable."

That is our position at Mountain View Presbyterian Church! Selling the church is not an end in itself. Instead it is a means toward helping people experience God's love in their lives. Fortunately the existence and survival and future of the church are in God's hands and not ours. We are only here to tell you of the joy and meaning Christ brings to each of our lives and to invite you to begin that journey for yourself.

In 1945 Stewart Harral wrote, "Many people think of the church as an antiquated institution which appeals only to women and children, and really has little to offer in transforming the lives of people everywhere." Nothing could be further from the truth for our little fellowship of Christians gathered at the corner of Mountain View and Hayden in Scottsdale, AZ.
